This site is located in R-3 zone (UDC 4.7.12), Multifamily is an allowed use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-2), subject to Use Specific Standard 4.9.7.B.6. 1. The TUP must be approved prior to approval of this plan. A Temporary Use Permit (TUP) is required for this permit. TUP requirements can be found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Planning-Zoning-Applications/Zoning-Administration#section-8. 2. This comment was not addressed.
