TRANSMITTAL DATE:

This site is located in the MH-2 zone (UDC 4.7.11). A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2).

1. It is unclear what is being proposed. Is a new manufactured home being proposed along with an awning and carport? The site plan indicates a 12’x 64’ awning and carport but the . Are these one and the same? Please explain scope of project.

2. Submitted materials provided a community map of Tucson Meadows and indicated that the site is located on the northwest side of Wisconsin. The site plan shows that Unit #443 is located on New Mexico St. Also, the North arrow direction is incorrect on the site plan. Please include a revised site plan with the correct street name(s) and indicate which side of the manufactured home the carport/awning will be situated by providing a dimensioned the plan of the carport and awning.

3. Additional comments may be forthcoming depending on responses to zoning review comments and plans submitted for the next review.
