A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). 1. The site plan provided is not sufficient. Please submit a site plan that meets the requirements found here: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/v/2/pdsd/documents/plan-samples/basic-site-plan_feb2026.pdf These requirements include but are not limited to: a. Add the name of the property owner b. Add the zoning classification, which is RX-1 c. Show all existing and proposed structures d. Indicate setback distances between all structures and applicable property lines e. Show dimensions and heights of all structures f. Show square footage of the parcel g. Total square footage of all enclosed structures h. Total square footage of all vehicular use areas i. Add a lot coverage calculation, which is the percentage of the site occupied by enclosed buildings and vehicular-use areas 2. An accessory structure including a storage unit should not be located between the front of the dwelling unit and the front lot line. Please either: a. relocate the location of the shipping container to the rear or side yard. b. Request a Board of Adjustment Variance.
