Prior to permit issuance, a contractor with an active Arizona Contractor’s License or Arizona DOH License is required for the applicable scope of work. The Contractor must be shown as a contact on the permit and have a TDC Online account in order to be added. After the new Contractor has been added, please submit a comment response letter to the permit showing compliance with this requirement.
