1. Comment: Please include a detailed map of the entire mobile home park showing where each unit is located.
2. Comment: The previously approved mobile home permit for 3201 E. Greenlee Rd. Unit 55 (T11MH00021) has the approved front street setback shown as 18’. The minimum required front street setback is 20’ however since the previously approved mobile home for this unit had 18’ approved, we would allow it to remain the same. Please update the front street setback to align with the previously approved mobile home placement.
