This site is located in the MH-1 zone (UDC 4.7.10). A Manufactured home is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). 1. Based on aerial photos of the site the majority of the mobile homes are parked and an angle. Provide an aerial photo and clearly indicate which unit is being replaced. If Unit 64 is one of the angled units provide a mobile home setup plan that shows the correct ordination of the mobile home.
