Unit: 2. – MH-1 Manufactured home (2nd Review) TRANSMITTAL DATE: November 1, 2024 Resubmit revised drawings detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. This site is located in the MH-1 zone (UDC 4.7.10). A Manufactured home is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). COMMENT: This comment was not addressed. The “(EXISTING) STORAGE” shows up on aerial photos some time after 2008. Zoning was not able to find approved permit documents for this structure. A permit for this "storage" structure must be provided, or applied for, before the permit for the new second unit will be approved. In addition, this "storage" unit appears to be a single-wide mobile home, which would count as an additional dwelling unit on the property. Indicate how this unit is no longer serving as a dwelling.
