Resubmit revised drawings detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

This site is located in the MH-1 zone (UDC 4.7.10). A Manufactured home is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2).

COMMENT: As no plans were submitted Zoning was not able to review for the following comments.

1. The “(EXISTING) STORAGE” shows up on aerial photos some time after 2008. Zoning was not able to fine approved permit documents for this structure. Provide perimeter yard setback dimensions from the storage structure to the north and west property line.

2. Provide a perimeter yard setback dimension from the southeast corner of the proposed unit #2 to the east property line.

3. The lot coverage calculation does not appear to be correct. Per UDC Article 6.4.3.B.3.b Vehicular use areas, measured within the outside edges of any area allocated to vehicle use, whether improved or unimproved are included in the lot coverage. Based on a measurement taken for the area of the driveway providing access to unit #2 there is approximately 1,500 sq. ft. of vehicle use area, driveway, only provided access to unit 2. Account for all vehicle use areas on the plan.
