This site is located in the MH-1 zone (UDC 4.7.8). A mobile Home Park is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2).

1. The plan shows a 19 distance to the hitch and what appears to be 15 to the trailer, this is not possible.

2. Provide a north arrow on the plan.
