Cassidy, Planner Planning & Development Services Department – Current Zoning Review Section PROJECT: TC-FBB-0626-00076 – Commercial – Storage Container 2023 S CRAYCROFT RD TUCSON, AZ 85711 (C-1 Zoning) Factory Built Building Plan Review – 1st Review TRANSMITTAL DATE: July 21, 2026 1. COMMENT: The addition of approximately 160 square feet of gross floor area, in the form of the storage container, will require a Minor Development Package permit to be submitted and approved prior to approval of this TC-FBB-0626-00076 permit. Refer to minor_changes_to_commercial_industrial_sites_.pdf for submittal information. This added square footage counts in addition to restaurant square footage in terms all forms of parking. 2. COMMENT: Additionally, draw and label the outdoor seating and add the square footage to as this too, counts toward all forms of parking. 3. COMMENT: Include an updated parking calculation for the entire site and all the existing uses on the site. Include the number required and provided. 4. COMMENT: Additional comments may be forthcoming on the next review based on responses to Zoning and other PDSD reviewer comments. RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: 1.
