This letter reflects comments to be addressed to ensure final approval from Site Engineering. To help speed up your resubmittal and facilitate shorter review timelines, please include a response letter along with your updated plans and any supporting calculations. In your response letter, address each comment individually and explain what changes were made and where they can be found in the plans. Please do not mark or highlight changes in the drawings at this stage — revision markups are only used after a permit has been issued. Submit your response letter and updated plan set as two separate files. Site Engineering Review Comments: 1. The proposed addition of the shipping container within the PAAL/Vehicle Use area for this commercial site will require the submission of a Development Package Site plan UDC 7.4.3.E as this constitutes as site work. In accordance with Unified Development Code (UDC) Article 3.3.3.G.2.c, a site plan (Development Package Permit) is required for the following types of development: Existing development undergoing a change of use, building structure additions, and/or a reconfiguration of an area outside a building. A Development Package (DP) meeting the requirements of the Checklist for Minor Changes to Commercial/Industrial Sites is required to be submitted and approved. The DP is a separate submittal from the building plans. Site Engineering is unable to review and approve permit TC-FBB-0626-00071 until the associated Development Package is reviewed and approved by all reviewers.
