The submitted documents were incomplete and a thorough plan review could not be performed. Please be aware, new comments may arise with the next review. Should the above not followed, it may delay your approval. COMMENTS: 1. The Office Trailer is located on parcel number 13205015S owned by W SILVER RECYCLING INC (NOTE: it has no assigned address). a. Please obtain a new address from the Addressing Department at 520-724-9512. b. As part of your response to the “Requires Resubmit”, upload the email from Addressing Department containing the new address into your permit record online. 2. The submitted drawing also locates the Office Trailer on parcel number 13205015S. 3. The address on the permit record. a. Change the address of the permit using the newly obtained address for parcel 13205015S. 4. Change the address on the drawings using the newly obtained address. 5. The parcel to the north is where the transformer is located and is owned by 36TH & PALO VERDE INVESTORS LLC a different entity. a. Please obtain/negotiate a utility easement allowing you to dig a trench and install the electrical underground on their parcel. Please note: without this negotiated easement, this permit cannot be approved. i. Please record the utility easement agreement with the recorder’s office. ii. Upload a copy of the utility easement agreement into your permit record. iii. Please confirm with TEP that you are allowed to connect to that existing transformer. 6. Submit the office trailer drawings for the structure as well as drawings illustrating the spaces within to include the office work area, storage, restroom, etc. Provide drawings on the anchoring system used as well as insulation properties used for the trailer. Please ensure to have these drawings be sealed/signed/dated by an Arizona licensed Architect. Note, if the restroom is located somewhere else, please provide information as to its layout, location, and distance in feet from the trailer. a. Should port-o-potty be utilized, the following must be executed in place. i. Submit a contract agreement with the port-o-potty company indicating that such a facility will be provided until your business operation ceases to exist. ii. This site is located in the I-1 zone (UDC 4.7.29). Office Trailer 1. Clarify what the Office Trailer is for. Is this a temporary trailer for construction or is this Office Trailer going to be permanent? If this is a temporary use than a Temporary Use Permit (TUP) is required. If the trailer is permanent than a Development Package is required.
