This site is located in the O-3/C-2 zone. A mobile home park is not an allowed use in either zone but this site is considered non-conforming. 1. The 4’-0” setback shown from the mobile home to the interior driveway does not meet the 5’-0” required. 2. Provide an aerial photo and clearly indicate where the proposed unit is on site. Depending on where in the park this unit is may effect the required setback from the rear to the exterior wall shown on the plan.
