This site is located in the MH-1 zone (UDC 4.7.8). A mobile Home Park is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2).

1. Based on the submitted mobile home setup plan you are proposing a manufactured home with an awning, carport and shed. Clearly show theses structures on the plan and clearly demonstrate that the minimum 6’-0” setback is provided to the adjacent structure.
