This site is located in I-2 Zone (UDC 4.7.30). 1. A Temporary Use Permit. (TUP) is required for the construction trailer and must be approved prior to approval of this permit. TUP requirements can be found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Planning-Zoning-Applications/Zoning-Administration#section-8. 2. The site plan for the proposed temp trailer shall be a copy of the approved stamped DP sheet. 3. Clearly show the location of the proposed trailer on the plan.
