This site is located in the MH-1 zone (UDC 4.7.10). A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2).

1. This comment was not addressed. Contact your Engineering reviewer, Mike Ortiz at (520) 837-5344 for assistance with the easement issue. Clearly show the easement on the plot plan and label the recordation information. Demonstrate legal access to this site. As there are no public or private streets in this area an easement is required to provide access to this site. Show the easement on the plan along with the recordation information.
