COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

This site is located in the MH-1 zone (UDC 4.7.8). A mobile Home Park is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2).

1. The plan states that a 12’ x 50’ awning is proposed. Clearly show the awning on the plan and clearly demonstrate that the minimum 6’-0” setback is provided to the adjacent structure.

2. The 6’ setback shown to the right of the proposed 24 x 48 mobile home should show the distance between structures not the line on the plan.

3. Provide a north arrow on the plan.
