A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-1). RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Please correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. Please submit a new site plan. The City is unable to accept previously stamped (approved for another project) site plans. Additionally, the site plan provided did not show where the proposed shipping containers were to be located and this information, (although shown in separate images), as they need to be shown on the site plan and the lot coverage revised. If creating a new site plan, please refer to the Basic site plan instructions at the following link: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Permits/Plan-Examples/Site-Plan-Examples 2. The setbacks for the SR zone are 25’. This is provided as general information. 3.
