A mobile home dwelling is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). Plan review for the above referenced mobile home has been completed. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. For facilitating a shorter back check time, please provide updated plans and calculations with a written response to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Do not cloud the changes made for comment updates; revisions are processed if changes occur after the permit is issued. 1. COMMENT: The floor plan indicates “the need to haul old unit out”. Typically, this is done with a separate demolition permit. In this case however, that can be included if you are able to provide a separate scaled site plan with the existing residence (and any other structures) to be removed-demolished, property lines and dimensions of not only the existing residence but dimensions from each side of the residence to the property line perpendicular to each side of the residence. Provide square footage of existing structure to be removed-demolished. This, to potentially aid in determining a potential impact fee credit. Resubmit ALL documents associated with this permit as one pdf including the overall site plan for the entire property.
