COMMENTS: Resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

This site is located in the MH-1 zone (UDC 4.7.10). A Manufactured Housing is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2).

1. As this is a mobile home park and there are no internal property lines remove the property lines form the plan and show adjacent structures and access lanes and provide the required distances between structures on the plan. Minimum distance between structures is 6’-0” and to the access lanes is 5’-0”. Zoning recommends that you use one of the mobile home plot plans available from PDSD. 2. Provide an aerial photograph that clearly shows where this unit is located on site.

3. Provide a north arrow on the plan.
