This site is located in the MU zone (UDC 4.7.23). A Manufactured Housing is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-7).

1. As this is a mobile home park Zoning recommends that you use one of the mobile home plot plans available from PDSD. Contact Loran Shamis, phone 520.837.2242 or email Loran.Shamis@tucsonaz.gov for access to the plot plans. This plan shall include the required setbacks from the mobile home to any internal driveway or access lanes and to perimeter of the site.
