This permit cannot be approved until the differences in heights shown on the development package, TD-DEV-0425-00110, and this factory-built building permit are resolved. One page of the FBB plans lists a height of 14’4” and the other, Drawing A7, shows a cumulative height of 15’7” from grade to the top of the ice maker. Sheet 2 of the approved DP states the proposed height of the structure is 10’6”, while sheet 3 shows a height of 14’4”. Please resolve the inconsistencies and re-submit. 2. If a revision to the DP is necessary, that will have to be approved prior to the approval of this FBB permit. 3. Resolve the inconsistency between the address on the DP and the address on the FBB. Tucson, AZ 85711 New Ice Kiosk (1st Review) TRANSMITTAL DATE: 4/2/2026 The site is zoned C-1 (UDC 4.7.20). General Merchandise Sales is an allowed use in this zone subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.9.B.3 and 4.9.13.O (UDC Table 4.8-4). Comments: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. 1. Comment: The heights provided for the new kiosk do not match what was approved in the associated Development Package (TD-DEV-0425-00110). The DP was recently revised to show a proposed height of 10’6” for the new kiosk however the building plans state the height is 14’4”. The DP and the associated COM permit need to match including proposed heights. Please ensure the proposed building heights match on all sheets of both the FBB permit and the associated DP. 2. Comment: Additional comments may be forthcoming depending on responses to zoning review comments and plans submitted.
