This site is located in the MH-1 zone (UDC 4.7.10). A Mobile Home park is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). 1. Development Package DP19-0159 has not been completed and has numerous inspections open. The DP will need to be completed prior to issuing any permits for installing any park models. Contact Stephen Blood, Development Services/Neighborhood Resources Section Manager at: phone 520-837-4007 or email at stephen.blood@tucsonaz.gov. 2. As this is an RV park and there are no internal property lines remove the property lines form the plan and show adjacent structures and access lanes and provide the required distances between structures on the plan. Minimum distance between structures is 6’-0” and to the access lanes is 5’-0”. Also per DP19-0159 the required perimeter yard setbacks to the south property line is 10’ or ¾ the height of the structures wall.
