The subsequent review could generate more comments after original comments have been addressed. 1. Please indicate the use of the Container and type of the container, provide a foundation and anchoring system design, with calculations and construction drawings prepared and sealed by an Arizona Registrant that adequately show the scope of work and compliance with the adopted building codes. Reference: Section 107.1, IBC 2018 and Arizona Revised Statutes 32-125, Board of Technical Registration Rules R4-30-304. 2. If the use is Storage, provide a code analysis and indicate exactly what is to be stored in the container. 3. Please provide a dimensioned site plan following the guidance in the below link. Additionally, if the use is other than storage, or if any utilities are installed, please prepare plans in accordance with the City of Tucson Commercial Submittal Requirements. After reviewing the plan set, it does not match up with the approved site plans from associated development package TD-DEV-0126-00018. The location of the three shipping containers does not quite match as approved in which they are shown on the southeast of the parking lot away from the existing building. It will be required that either the DP be revised to demonstrate what is being proposed or revise the FBB plans to align with approved site plans. Comment: The associated Development Package (DP) TD-DEV-0126-00018 shows the storage unit being placed in a different location. Please ensure the placement matches where it was proposed in the DP. If the placement of the unit has changed, please revise your DP to show the new location. 2.
