This site is located in the MH-1 zone (UDC 4.7.10). A Mobile Home park is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). 1. The submitted plan lists a 60 x 10 carport but the carport is not shown on the plan. Show the proposed carport and provide dimensions to the adjacent structure. 2. The submitted plan shows 5’ from the hitch and 5’ to the mobile home, this is not possible. 3. This comment was not addressed correctly. The aerial shall show the entire mobile home park with the proposed unit clearly marked. Provide an aerial photograph or overall site plan that clearly shows where this unit is located on site.
