COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

This site is located in the MH-2 zone (UDC 4.7.9). A mobile Home Park is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2).

1. The plan states that a “12’-6” x 50’ awning and carport are proposed. Clearly show the awning and carport on the plan and clearly demonstrate that the minimum 6’-0” setback is provided to all adjacent structure.

2. The plan shows what appears to be 3’ distances between the structures to the east and west. Minimum distance between structures is 6’-0”.
