This site is located in the MH-1 zone (UDC 4.7.8). A mobile Home Park is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). 1. The plans show the required setbacks the proposed mobile home to the west interior drive and from the proposed mobile home to the east but these setbacks should be from awnings. 2. Clarify what the east setback is to, i.e. exterior property line, another mobile home etc. 3. Provide either a site map of the entire park or an aerial photograph and clearly identify the location of this unit on site.
