Sheet T1.0: Please amend plans to include a sheet index to list all the sheets in the plans set, each sheet should have a unique label to differentiate the sheets form each other. For example, the first two sheets are labeled as T1.0. IRC R106.1.1 4. Sheet T1.0: Please amend Code Review to add these applicable codes to the list. IRC R106.1.1 2018 IBC, 2017 NEC, 2012 City of Tucson/Pima County Outdoor Lighting Code, Local Amendments to Above Codes ( www.tucsonaz.gov/pdsd/building-codes ) Treat this as a typical note. 5. Be sure to include both buildings in this calculation as they share a water meter. P2903 Appendix P 15. Sheet P1.0: Please provide water heater manufacturer’s cut sheet with next submittal. Sheet M1.0: All new mechanical system installations shall comply with mechanical system sizing per ACCA (Manual J – for Building Heating/Cooling loads), ACCA (Manual S – for Equipment sizing), per IRC M1401.3, IRC M1601.1, IRC N1103.6, IECC R403.6, or other approved methods. Provide heating and cooling compliance calculations and methodology on plans. IRC 106.1.1 17. This site is located in the R-2 zone (UDC 4.7.9). A two (2) single-family residence (SFR) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, .9, & .10. 1. The north and south property distance 212” is not correct. Review the Altadina Heights final plat and provided the correct dimensions. 2. The lot coverage calculation is not correct. Per UDC Article 6.4.3.C.1.a Roofed areas, porches, open on at least one side are not included in the calculation.
