For example, the first two sheets are labeled as T1.0. IRC R106.1.1 Second review: 3. Two T1.0 were included in this set, please remove one. 15. Sheet P1.0: Please provide water heater manufacturer’s cut sheet with next submittal. R106.1.1 Second review: 15. The manufacturer’s cutsheet indicated either double pole 40A breakers or double pole 60A breakers, while service panel shows double pole 80A breakers. Please identify the model of the water heater and ensure the manufacturer’s specifications and the panel schedule match. IRC 106.1 Additionally, the breaker values for the AC Compressor do not seem to match the Panel schedule. Please resolve. 17. Sheet M1.0: Please amend plans to provide louvered door or alternate method of venting laundry room door. IRC R303.3 Second review: 17. This site is located in the R-2 zone (UDC 4.7.9). A two (2) single-family residence (SFR) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, .9, & .10. 1. This comment was not addressed. The north and south property distance 212” is not correct. Review the Altadina Heights final plat and provide the correct dimensions. 2. This comment was not addressed. The lot coverage calculation is not correct. Per UDC Article 6.4.3.C.1.a Roofed areas, porches, open on at least one side are not included in the calculation.
