A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). 1. Condition 15 of rezoning C9-19-17 requires a design criterion be followed for all new homes. Provide renderings to show how the criteria will be met with the proposed manufactured home. Alternatively, if similar model homes are going to be used throughout the project it may expedite the permitting process to get a “New Residential Model Plan” permit approved that meets the required design criteria set forth in the rezoning conditions that can be used as a template for future permits at the site.
