Additionally, please submit complete copies of all permit documents (i.e. plans, calculations, reports, etc.) even if they have not been changed. Changed design: The description was, a roof attached to the container (the roofed area would be open on 3 sides). The container would have all the doors on the east and the south detached making it an open configuration. The provided drawing does not illustrate this. I would want to see accurate drawings illustrating the description given to us (all 4 side elevations) during that conference call that I was a part of. The image of the actual container should be placed on the drawing so that we can see where the doors are being removed and how the roof/shade is attached to the container. 2. Unless what is being built is a completely new shade structure without using a container. Please confirm. 3. Please resubmit. |

COMMENT: Site Zoning acknowledges the Special District permit (SD-1225-00190) has been approved. Please include detailed elevation drawings (north, east, south, and west) demonstrating the shade structure meets what was approved in the Special District permit (open structure on the east and south facing sides).
