Submit your revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Building Review Section comments were addressed. Please paste the review comment individually and enter your response directly below it. Please do this for every comment. Review will not proceed without the response letter. The submitted documents were incomplete and a thorough plan review could not be performed. Please be aware, new comments may arise with the next review. Should the above not followed, it may delay your approval. Additionally, please submit complete copies of all permit documents (i.e. plans, calculations, reports, etc.) even if they have not been changed.

COMMENTS:
1. APPLICANT ADDED: “The modified CONEX will have the East and South facing sides modified to be open (either by removing doors and/or corrugated siding of the CONEX).
a. Containers will typically have double leaf doors at one end of the container.
i. They can be ordered with two sets of double leaf doors on one side of the container with one vertical structural support midway in this case midway of the 30 ft side span.
ii. Removing doors will not present a structural issue.
b. However, removing corrugated siding on the entire length of the 30 ft container will present an issue structurally. There will be no midway structural support.
i. NOTE: Should this condition be present on Container #2, #3 & #4, please submit Structural Calculations and Detail Drawings generated by an Arizona licensed Structural Engineer that are sealed/signed/dated.
2. TIE DOWN SECURED TO CONTAINER AND CONCRETE SLAB
a. Container #1 & #2: Tie Down structural calculation and detail drawings was submitted. (Sheet S1 and S2 generated by Arizona licensed Engineer Christopher Condiotti was submitted as part of the package.)
