Comments: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

1. Comment: Site Zoning acknowledges the Special District permit (SD-1225-00190) has been approved. As this is a combined plan set with TC-FBB-1125-00127 being the master plan set, please include detailed drawings demonstrating the shade structure meets what was approved in the Special District permit.
2. Comment: Site zoning acknowledges a Zoning Modification (TP-MOD-0526-000054) has been requested to reduce the minimum front street setback. Please include the Zoning Modification approval letter as a supporting document when you resubmit. Site Zoning is unable to approve this permit until the Zoning Modification and the Design Review have both been approved.
3. Comment: Additional comments may be forthcoming depending on responses to zoning review comments and plans submitted.
