| 02/26/2026 | Residential Engineering | REQUIRES RESUBMIT | Permit Activity Number: TC-FBB-0226-00019 (1st Review) Project: Installation of manufactured home – AE Floodplain Location: 1325 W SILVERLAKE RD Unit: UNIT 84 Review Date: 2/26/2026 Reviewer: Marco Contreras – Engineering Associate - Site Engineering City of Tucson Code: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Codes Site Engineering Review Comments: 1. This site is located at : 1325 W SILVERLAKE RD Unit: UNIT 84 is located within both a FEMA AE floodplain. As this property is located within delineated/known floodplains, it will be required that this project follow floodplain regulations and development guidelines. a. It will be required that a “Floodplain use (FPU) permit with Elevation Certificate” be submitted and the elevation certificate process be started for this proposed new home prior to final Site Engineering approval to permit TC-FBB-0226-00012. b. It should be noted that the FPU permit is an entirely separate permit (Not for construction) that can be submitted for within the “sub-records” tab of this permit through TDC online. 2. It was found that the base flood elevation (BFE) for the proposed house is 2381.57 FT NAV88. This will require a minimum finished floor elevation of 2382.57 FT NAV88. Please this information on the plans accordingly. FOR PERMIT RESUBMISSION, IT IS REQUIRED THAT: Corrected/Revised Plan set and a detailed response letter document that clearly shows how you addressed all of Site Engineering’s and other reviewers’ comments for the completed review cycle. |
