BLDG 1. - R-2 Educational Use: (1st Review) TRANSMITTAL DATE: March 24, 2025 COMMENTS: Resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. This site is located in R-2 (UDC 4.7.24). Educational Use is a permitted use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-2). Subject to a Zoning Examiner Special Exception Procedure, Section 3.4.3. 1. The proposed storage containers require a site plan. Per UDC Article 3.3.3.G.2.c A site plan (Development Package) is required for the following types of development: Existing development undergoing a change of use, building structure additions, and/or a reconfiguration of an area outside a building. A development package (DP) meeting the requirements of the Checklist for Minor Changes to Commercial/Industrial Sites is required to be submitted and approved. The DP is a separate submittal from the building plans.
