Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC), 2018 International Building Code (IBC), 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC), 2012 Outdoor Lighting Code (OLC). 1. Provide a complete line diagram, NEC 110.2, 2018 IBC 107.1. 2. Provide an updated panel schedule, showing the circuits that are being modified, added or removed. NEC arts;300 and 408.4. 3. Provide electrical load calculations, for the Main Service Panel, Per NEC 220.40. 4. Show the location of the panel on the Electrical Plan with clear working space compliance, 2017 NEC 110.26(A) 5. Provide an electrical riser diagram, 2017 NEC 230.9. Notate the grounding and bonding method, 2017 NEC 250.20(B), 250.24, 250.30(A)(4). Metallic gas lines must be bonded and not be used as the primary grounding method, 2017 NEC 250.50, 250.52(B)(1). Outdoor Lighting Review: 1. Provide an outdoor lighting plan that meets the requirements of OLC 104.2. Show/locate the different light sources on your site plan. Number the light fixtures on your table and use the same number on your site plan 2. Show compliance with City of Tucson Outdoor Lighting Code with an approved lighting calculation in accordance with OLC 3.1.2. Include all exterior fixtures on the property in the calculations. Show unshielded fixtures with a maximum of 3,000 lumens, OLC 401.4. Show lamps with a maximum of 3500K color temperature, OLC 402.1. 3. Show compliance to total outdoor light output per 2012 City of Tucson/Pima County Outdoor Lighting Code section 401.2. Total outdoor light output shall not exceed the lumen limits listed in Table 401.1. 4. E1.1 – Lighting Code section 104.2.2. 4.
