Zoning acknowledges that charter schools are exempt from zoning requirements. After discussing with the Zoning Administrator it has been determined that a formal Development Package submittal is still required for any commercial development or expansion to a commercial site. The addition of the modular buildings meets the requirements for a Development Package submittal. A Development Package must be submitted and approved before this permit can be approved by Zoning. A development package meeting the requirements of Minor Changes to Commercial/Industrial Sites must be submitted and approved as a development package prior to approval of this plan.
