This site is located in the MH-1 zone (UDC 4.7.8). A mobile Home Park is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). 1. This comment was not addressed. The property lines that you show on the plan do not exist. If this mobile home site is along the perimeter of the mobile home park clearly show that property line and provide a dimension from the proposed mobile home to the exterior property line. Show all adjacent structures on the plan and provide a setback dimension. Provide a mobile home setup plan as provided by PDSD.
