Site zoning is unable to approve this permit until the comments for Site Engineering are addressed. 2. Please provide a reference/site map showing where in the manufactured home park the unit is to be located. The City needs to know if this is the first time the space has had a manufactured home installed. If it is, impact fees will need to be added. 3. Include the MH-1 zoning on the site plan. 4. The north arrow needs to be located on the site plan. 5. Include manufactured homeowner name/s 6.
