IBC 105.3 for example, it appears electrical power is being extended to the property. Specifically, what is going to be stored in this container? 2. Is this “Conex” shipping container intended to be a permanent or temporary installation. A. If it is a permanent installation; please indicate the use of the Container, provide a foundation and anchoring system design, with calculations and construction drawings prepared and sealed by an Arizona Registrant that adequately show the scope of work and compliance with the adopted building codes. Reference: Section 107.1, IBC 2018 and Arizona Revised Statutes 32-125, Board of Technical Registration Rules R4-30-304. 3. Please provide a dimensioned site plan following the guidance in the below link. Additionally, if the use is other than storage, or if any utilities are installed, please prepare plans in accordance with the City of Tucson Commercial Submittal Requirements.
