Draw, dimension, and label an accessible route from the driveway, sidewalk, or street to an accessible entrance. Ensure the route meets accessibility standards as articulated in Sections 402-404 of the ADA Accessibility Standards (https://www.access-board.gov/ada/chapter/ch04/). A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. Site zoning is unable to approve this permit until the comments for Site Engineering are addressed. 2. Please provide a reference/site map showing where in the manufactured home park the unit is to be located. 3. Include the MH-1 zoning on the site plan. 4. All setbacks are 5’. This is measured from the nearest edge ‘lot’ and of the street for the front setback. Please ensure the manufactured home does not encroach into a setback. 5. Not knowing exactly where the space is, Staff cannot verify the North arrow. Please ensure it is correct. 6. Include manufactured homeowner name/s 7.
