STATE APPROVAL a. Per our phone conversation, the applicant to confirm the direction the State of Arizona gave to the applicant. b. Is the State taking back their FBB (Factory Built Structure) approval of the structure final and the H classification must be attached to the FBB. Should this be the case, is the state requiring the local jurisdiction to review/approve the entire application/submission without the state’s hand into it which means local jurisdiction will also conduct all inspection like a custom project will be handled including opening walls or enclosed assemblies for inspection. c. Will the State allow the applicant to resubmit and allow the applicant to correct the issue. Will the State work with the applicant to obtain back their previous FBB approval, hence keeping the S-1 classification. d. Applicant to coordinate with the State and confirm exactly what documentation the State will require in order for the above to occur, what and whose approval will be required by the State. 3. CITY OF TUCSON a. Once approval has been obtained from Tucson Fire Department, please respond to these comments and submit into your building permit record online for City review and approval. b. Should the City approve the submission, the City will require the applicant to submit back to the State of Arizona for their review and approval. c. Once the State approval is obtained, the applicant to submit the approved chemical list/quantiy, approved drawings, and any document the state issued to the applicant into the building permit record online for City of Tucson review and approval. 4. Please resubmit. |
