This site is located in the MH-1 zone (UDC 4.7.10). A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). 1. The property boundaries do not match what is shown on final plat Airport Park Blocks 1 & 2 found at: https://onbase.pima.gov/publicaccess/DS_NextGen_Single/etc/cq/results.html?cqid=240&OBKey__552_1=19044. Also provide the property line dimensions on the plot plan. 2. Based on the final plat above, there is a 5’ utility easement that runs along the west property line show this easement on the plan. 3. Provide a dimension from the center line of Randall Bl. to the face of curb, where pavement meets the concrete, and from face of curb to the east property line. Per paving plan I-72-050, found at: https://maps-and-records.tucsonaz.gov/construction-plans/details/I-72-050, the distance from centerline to face of curb is 16’ and from face of curb to the property line is 14’. For Calle Antonia the distance from face of curb to the property line is 5’. 4. The scale shown on the plan, 1” = 1’ is not correct. 5. The lot size provided on the lot coverage does not appear to be correct. 6. Provide a north arrow on the plan.
