TC-DMO-1124-00247 PROJECT: RESIDENTIAL POOL DEMOLITION ADDRESS/PARCEL: 932 N ARIZONA ESTATES LP/133-37-1710 Plan review for the above referenced structure has been completed. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. The scope of this plan review covers architectural, plumbing, mechanical, energy conservation and electrical. All code references are to the 2018 International Swimming Pool and Spa Code, 2018 International Residential Code and 2018 International Energy Conservation Code. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions and concerns before permit approval. COMMENTS: 1. Please include the following on your submission plans: a. All utilities / plumbing / electric to be capped at equipment – b. Existing plumbing lines to remain underground c. Pool to be filled in with AB/Engineered soil and compacted every 9" as lifts. d. Will demo drainage holes at deep-end of pool for drainage 2. Please either add a contractor to your permit or submit an OBA 3. Based on the age of the pool, either supply asbestos test results or obtain a NESHAP permit. NESHAP permits are obtained through Pima County, more information can be found here: https://www.pima.gov/506/Asbestos-NESHAP More comments may be forth coming once corrections have been made. Please upload your revised plans to TDC-Online with a revision letter outlining what has been revised on the doc set. Resubmittals will not be accepted without the revision letter that answers all of the above comments.
