A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - .9. RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Please correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. Complete a packet for historic review. Structures 50 years of age or older must be architecturally documented prior to demolition regardless of the zoning. Historic review (HDC5.8.8.) is required and must be approved prior to approval of the demo permit (TC-DMO-1026-00193) by Residential Zoning. Historic Design Review application requirements can be found at https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Historic-Preservation For further information about the historic review process, please contact the Historic team at PDSDHistoric@tucsonaz.gov Pima County Assessor’s records can be obtained by visiting https://www.asr.pima.gov/ and typing in the parcel number (123122410). Once that is entered, navigate to the Images tab and look under the Property Record Card PDF Image. Please include the application for the historic review, the property card as proof of age, and recent photos (label the source and date) of each structure, east, north, west, and south. The historic packet and attachments are to be submitted in a single PDF. 2. Please submit the following in the next review cycle: a. The completed historic packet b. Site plan c. Response letter explaining how all staff comments have been addressed. 3. Additional comments may be forthcoming depending on responses to zoning review comments and plans submitted for the next review.
