The form can be accessed via this website: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/v/1/city-services/planning-development-services/historic-preservation/documents/2019_historic_or_older_demo_documentation_form_and_instructions.pdf Your property will require Minor Architectural Documentation. Please provide the following in a SINGLE COMBINED PDF: 1. Complete “Historic Property Demolition Architectural Documentation” application 2. Photographs of each side of the building, with direction of each façade labeled 3. Confirmation of age of the property (a Pima County Records card, inventory form, other official government document). Upload the combined Historic Documentation Packet to TDC Online as part of your resubmittal. A single-family dwelling is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - .9, & .12. RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. (Comment) No site plan was provided with the submittal.
