A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans/materials, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. The proposal will require Minor Architectural Documentation. City of Tucson Ordinance 10776 requires photographic and architectural documentation of buildings and structures over 50 years old prior to demolition. Please complete the following form, “Historic Property Demolition Architectural Documentation”, and provide the items outlined. The form can be accessed via this website: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/v/1/city-services/planning-development-services/historic-preservation/documents/2019_historic_or_older_demo_documentation_form_and_instructions.pdf Please provide the following in a combined PDF: a. Confirmation of Age (ONE of the following): Pima County Assessor Property Record Card available at: http://www.asr.pima.gov/ • Search for property • Go to “Images” to download PRC • Arizona Historic Property Inventory Form Other official government document b. Recent photographs of the south, north, east and west building elevations with dates added. If accessing internet photos, please list the source for each photo in a caption. 2. Provide the following for the next submittal: a. Historic packet, again with all documentation in a single PDF b. The site plan. c. A response letter explaining how all staff comments have been addressed.
