A single-family residence is permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - .9 for 1 unit; 4.9.7.B.1 - .9, & .11 for 2 units (min. 10,000 sq ft lot size required). 1. COMMENT: Property is over 50 years of age. The Pima County Assessor’s effective construction date for your house is 1945. The actual construction date may be earlier. Per UDC 3.12.1, building, portions of buildings, or structures that are 50 years of age or older must be architecturally documented prior to demolition. Documentation will be reviewed and approved by the Historic Preservation Office before a permit is issued.
