Per UDC 3.12.1, buildings, portions of buildings, or structures that 50 years of age or older must be architecturally documented prior to demolition. Documentation shall be submitted under TC-DMO-1024-00239 and must be approved by the City Historic Preservation Office prior to zoning approval of this demolition permit.
