A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6., 8., & 9. for 2 units. RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. Residential Zoning is unable to approve the proposed work until the Historic minor review packet has been provided and approved. For instructions on what needs to be included in the packet, please see comments left by Historic team on 10/04/2026. 2. For the next submittal cycle, please provide the following: a. The Historic minor review packet as a single PDF b. The site plan c. Response letter explaining how all staff comments have been addressed. 3. Additional comments may be forthcoming depending on responses to zoning review comments and plans submitted for the next review.
